{"id":285,"date":"2020-10-01T13:01:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T13:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site1.ctfc.cat\/?page_id=285"},"modified":"2020-10-01T13:25:34","modified_gmt":"2020-10-01T13:25:34","slug":"base-de-dades-pastus","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pastucar.ecofun.ctfc.cat\/index.php\/base-de-dades-pastus\/","title":{"rendered":"Base de dades PASTUS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La base de dades&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ecofun.ctfc.cat\/?p=3538\">PASTUS<\/a>&nbsp;ha estat recopilada durant anys pel&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ecofun.ctfc.cat\/\">Laboratori d\u2019Ecologia Funcional i Canvi Global (ECOFUN)<\/a>&nbsp;del&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctfc.cat\/\">Centre de Ci\u00e8ncia i Tecnologia Forestal de Catalunya (CTFC)<\/a>&nbsp;i la&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.udl.es\/ca\/\">Universitat de Lleida (UdL)<\/a>. Aquesta compren variables clim\u00e0tiques, de s\u00f2l (tipus de s\u00f2l, carboni org\u00e0nic, etc.), de gesti\u00f3 i de vegetaci\u00f3; recopilades en tot tipus de sistemes farratgers, incloent pastures sota gesti\u00f3 extensiva, intensiva i prats de dall, aix\u00ed com pastures sota diversos graus d\u2019abandonament. A m\u00e9s, compila un ampli espectre de localitzacions geogr\u00e0fiques, principalment pastures de muntanya de les cotes m\u00e9s altes del Pirineu, molt poc estudiades i representades a la literatura cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta base de dades \u00e9s una eina poderosa per fer recerca en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la gesti\u00f3 de pastures i sistemes farratgers de tot tipus, gesti\u00f3 i conservaci\u00f3 de la biodiversitat, estudis sobre els efectes del canvi clim\u00e0tic i canvis en l\u2019\u00fas del s\u00f2l, cicles biogeoqu\u00edmics, interaccions planta\u2011s\u00f2l, etc. Un exemple on la base de dades <a href=\"http:\/\/ecofun.ctfc.cat\/?p=3538\">PASTUS<\/a>\u00a0ha sigut una eina per investigar sobre la din\u00e0mica del carboni i l&#8217;ecologia de pastures \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent estudi: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=b8gOrONVvOw\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"869\" height=\"486\" src=\"https:\/\/pastucar.ecofun.ctfc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pastucar.ecofun.ctfc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-1.png 869w, https:\/\/pastucar.ecofun.ctfc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-1-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/pastucar.ecofun.ctfc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-1-768x430.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 869px) 100vw, 869px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 algunes publicacions que se&#8217;n deriven de la la base de dades <a href=\"http:\/\/ecofun.ctfc.cat\/?p=3538\">PASTUS<\/a> s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bg.copernicus.org\/preprints\/bg-2020-63\/\">Rodr\u00edguez, A., et al., 2020.
